NAME OUR MASCOT CONTEST

Why?  Because the Etairos HVAC Polar Bear needs a name!

What?  The name should represent fun as well as the Etairos HVAC brand!

Who?  Open to everyone! Customers, employees, vendors, family members and friends of Etairos HVAC are all eligible to win.

When?  Contest runs from 8 a.m. on Monday, August 8^th, 2022 thru 12:00 p.m. Thursday, Sept 1^st, 2022.

Prizes?  Each submission earns one entry into a participation drawing that will be conducted on Sept. 3rd, 2022. The Grand Prize awarded for the winning name is a one-night stay at The Peabody Hotel in Memphis, TN and a $100 VISA gift card.

Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility.  Anyone is eligible to participate in, Name Our Bear Contest (the “contest”).  Customers, employees, vendors, family members and friends of Etairos HVAC are all eligible to win. Each contestant is limited to three entries into the contest and drawing.

2. Sponsor.  Etairos HVAC (“sponsor”), is the only Sponsor.

3. How to Enter.  The Contest will begin at 8 a.m. on Monday, August 8^th, 2022 and end at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, Sept 1^st, 2022 (the “contest period”). Fill out the Contest form and submit electronically.  The Contest form can be found on the Sponsor website page at the following web address: https://www.etairoshvac.com/mascotcontestform All entries must be received within the Contest Period.  Etairos HVAC will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or for failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with the sender or the Sponsor.  All entries become property of Sponsor.  Any question regarding the number of entries submitted by the owner of an e-mail account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest.

4. Winner Selection.  One winner will be chosen, based on judge’s criteria, after the Contest ends on Sept 1^st.  The winner will be announced at the Etairos HVAC Partner Appreciation Tailgate (“Tailgate”) on Sept. 3^rd. The winner does not need to be present to win.  Additional notification via email, announced on LinkedIn & Facebook, and receive a phone call on Sept 5^thif not present at The Tailgate.

5. Judges Criteria.  Judges will consider marketing, branding, and business fit when determining winner.  Contestant is encouraged to visit our website at https://www.EtairosHVAC.com to learn more about our services.  The decisions of the judges are final.

6. Prizes.  Each submission earns one entry into a participation drawing that will be conducted on Sept. 3^rd, 2022. One winner will receive one prize at the conclusion of the Contest as the Grand Prize.  The Grand Prize is a one-night stay at The Peabody Hotel in Memphis, TN and a $100 VISA gift card. Three additional winners will be drawn at random with entries given in exchange for each individual submission, limited to three per person. Prizes are pre-determined and may not be substituted for cash or another prize.  Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If multiple entries contain the same winning name, those contestants who submitted the winning name will be entered into a random drawing to be conducted at The Tailgate.

7. Winner Notification and Acceptance.  Winners will be notified via public announcement at the Tailgate on Sept. 3^rd. The winners do NOT need to be present to win.  Additional notification via the email provided by the contestant(s), and by phone at the phone number provided, on Sept 5^th, 2022 between the hours of 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., announced on LinkedIn & Facebook.  Winners will be required to contact the Sponsor within fifteen (15) days of notification of winning entry to claim prize signing a liability and publicity release. Failure of Winners to timely call and provide, sign, and return releases, or to claim a prize or comply with any term or conditions of these Official Contest Rules, will result in Winner’s disqualification and the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize. Winner may waive right to receive prize. Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitution allowed by winner. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes Winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name for promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prize not won and/or not claimed by any eligible Winner in accordance with these Official Contest Rules may not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

8. Participation. By participating, contestant agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Contest judges including publication of Mascot name, Mascot story, and name of contestant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prize based on the entries received before the termination date.

9. Intellectual Property.  All entries become the sole property of Etairos HVAC.
